    • Your time of birth needs to be accurate to the nearest hour. Human Design can change within a matter of minutes, so the nearest you can get to your actual time of birth, the more accurate your reading will be.

    • There’s usually a story around your birth like “you were born in time for breakfast” or “your brother came to visit you before school”, so ask your family members for this story so that you have an estimate. Time of birth information can sometimes be found on birth certificates or birth registrations too. You can also have a birth time rectification done.
